A beautiful coffee inspired by Orion's belt, blended high quality Arabica beans from sustainable producers. This blend combines a full-bodied Sumatra with a high grown PNG A Grade. With a small quantity of rich fragrant African origin providing lingering sweetness. This is our signature blend that consistently wins  major coffee awards.  

Origin: Asian, Pacific and African

Tasting Notes: Rich, spicy cup with sweet leather, blackcurrant fruit notes and white wine orange acidity that carries through to a smooth full texture. A hint of hazelnut leads to a long chocolate cream finish.

    I discovered Kimberley Coffee at the Broome Markets several years ago and have been getting my fresh beans from Mark ever since. He gets in fair trade beans from different regions around the World, all with interesting back stories and tips for better brewing. Delivery is only ever a few days after I order in 1 kg bags and always full flavoured.

    I’ve made my second coffee this morning from the beans I purchased while in Broome. I love the taste as I prefer strong coffee. We’ll done! Look forward to ordering another bag!

    Travelled around Australia a few years ago. Best Coffee I came across anywhere. Not too bitter, nice sweetness, great aroma. Highly recommended.
